The health of our staff is of utmost importance. Preventing the spread of COVID-19 is therefore a key priority during this pandemic.
We have launched remote working protocols to ensure that our staff are safe, and are encouraged to self-isolate and work from home in all cases, without compromising the support and service we offer.
We want to stress that our team will be operating as normal and is reachable via email and phone throughout this period. We will be responding to emails, answering our telephone line and setting up video calls via Webex or Zoom. LightMedia wants to reassure our customers that it is business as usual.
